Ok we won’t be beating one another up fight club style, but central to the theme is trust, whatever a man decides to share stays within the discretion of the group. . The intention is to bring men together in a safe space to be able to share whatever is present for them in their lives, without feeling intimidated, ashamed or judged doing so. . The opportunity to safely share with other men, creates a renewed sense of strength and support with our peers. We may have felt that strength and support in a sporting or a military context, but these merely scratched the surface of the possibility to connect. . Expect meditations and a light hearted atmosphere. There is NO requirement to talk, you can talk as little or as much as you’d like.. . All races, sexual orientations, emotions and topics welcome.
